Oleksandr is Counsellor of the Mission of Ukraine to the European Union. He follows all EU sanctions regimes against Russia and Belarus.

He is a member of the Ukrainian sanctions team, which works on the introduction of international sanctions, synchronization of the sanctions policies of Ukraine and the EU, and in the field of implementation of restrictive measures and combating sanctions evasion.

Oleksandr also takes active part in work within Global Sanctions Coalition.

Having a law degree in Ukraine, as a diplomat of MFA of Ukraine, he was posted to India, China and Vienna (OSCE). Experienced in work at Government Office for European and Euro-Atlantic Integration of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine and special exporters companies of Ukraine.
